Joseph has performed at Maryland’s 350th Anniversary celebration in 1984 at Historic St. Mary’s City. The 20,000 in attendance included the Duke and Duchess of Kent. He also performed with Pete Seeger in 1994 in Baltimore and the Phil Ochs Song Night at Capital College in Washington, D.C. that same year.
Charles Long – musician
“Waltz in G” and “Celtic Tune” are performed by Charles Long.
Charles Long was born in Philadelphia and grew up in New York City. He has degrees from Brooklyn College, The University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Concordia Seminary-St. Louis. His musical influences are Bruce Cockburn, The Eagles, and John Denver. He enjoys writing music and fiction. His children’s book, Momma Tree, with illustrations by Christina Allen, will be available in early 2014 from Dragontree Press.
